Have done and MRI AND CT SCAN for the left knee Has fallen down 5months back Want a suggestion for the same.. Thanks

Requires surgery. But as you are 52, female you can getaway without surgery if you lead a sedentary lifestyle. But if you are active and having major instability issues, then consider arthroscopic fixation.
