Placenta on the right lateral at week 12

Hi doctors My scan at 12 weeks says that my placenta is right lateral grade O maturity. Is that normal? Will I have any complications such as preeclampsia or issue with normal delivery? Thanks in advance

So far it is normal. But like any other pregnant woman you can also have complications like preeclampsia or issues with normal delivery. Be very regular with your Antenatal check up.
