I am 32 Weeks pregnant and had very little spotting yesterday after the internal checkup doctor gave pause 500 and clingen forte for infection. Since morning there is a pink discharge. Is it because of clingen forte?

Reason for internal examination at 32 weeks? The little spotting could be because of internal examination It is definitely not because of the medication
