Pimple on your gum is a sinus formed by a chronic dental infection. It may require an rct and periodontal therapy . Consultat an endodontist and periodontist

It may either be an ulcer or an infection since it's been only 3 days. If it's an ulcer it should disappear in a maximum of 2 weeks. If it's an infection though, youl need to see your dentist.  Its definitely not oral cancer. But do see your dentis anyway to rule out any infection. Meanwhile avoid very hot, spicy and citric food and drinks. Keep yourself hydrated.
