sir its will be good if u consult knee surgeon or arthroscopy surgeon..
few steps-
start with straight leg raises/heel slides in.knee brace 50 times daily as u can.tolerate. for 1 week .
tben
add knee extension sitting on chair
1/3rd squads.. 2 week..
then add
leg curls/walking slow to fast -2 week
then add..
jogg slow to fast
fig of 4 walking..
...
u may require 3 month 6 month to get into normal activities..
