Phlegm at morning only

Every morning dark yellow phlegm comes out in small amounts from my throat, sometimes red drops are also visible, sometimes black drops are found in the phlegm. What will cause the check?

Please consult an ENT surgeon in your area. A physical examination may show some reason for the red or black spots on the phlegm.

This could be allergic or due to pollution.as for red drops if you are using force to cough out tge phlegm,it may be causing injury leading to bleeding. A spurum examination can help
