PET-CT result question

Hello, I was diagnosed with colon cancer and underwent hemicolectomy followed by 12 cycles of folfox in 2016. After that my CEA levels have always remained below 2.0 and scans are clear. However in a recent pet-ct scan done in April 2019, it mentioned that there is "mild diffuse marrow hypermetabolism" in the musculoskeletal system. Everything else is clear and my CEA last measured in Jan 2019 was 1.2. Is the mild diffuse hypermetabolism mentioned any cause for concern? (I had asked this question earlier but not included reports. Now I have included the PET-CT report)
