Hello Firstly get your Xray done and try to save your tooth by RCT. Tooth extraction should be the last option

Hi sir...    As your history seems the cavity reached your nerve layer, which needs Root canal treatment....   Kindly take x_ray(IOPA)of involved tooth done...     You do not have need to remove your cavitated tooth....It can be preserved by root canal treatment. Root canal treatment is removal of pulp(inner core consists of nerves),pulp chamber and root canal and they are filled and sealed
Next Steps
kindly visit nearby dentist immediately without delay...
Health Tips
Avoid self medication.

Hello sir, Don't have to take the option of removal initially, there is an option to save your natural tooth by doing Root canal treatment and capping... If the root canal is not possible for that particular tooth, then you can decide for extraction... Try to save your natural teeth..

Get an X-ray done. It may be possible to save the tooth by doing a root canal. If not then you may have to go for an extraction. Consult a dentist asap
