Sore throat, cough, body ache with negative dengue/malaria/typhoid and CRP 26.8 points to a viral upper respiratory infection, most likely influenza this season. Fever of 100 F on day 3 of azithromycin is not treatment failure - viral fevers routinely run 4-5 days and antibiotics do nothing for them. Do not add another antibiotic. Testing for H1N1 is worth it only if the fever is high grade with severe body ache or you are breathless; otherwise focus on paracetamol as needed, steam, warm fluids and rest. Come to casualty or call me urgently if you get breathlessness, chest pain, fever crossing day 5-6, or drowsiness. Hi Gone through the CBC report - looks normal with very mild changes,crp is elevated - it could be due to  throat infection thts nothing to be worried as of now.the above mentioned tablets shld be enough for next 3days.Free feel to book a consultation with me in online for futher treatment .
