Last periods date-16th may Yesterday I got spotting but today no flow I am scared that if i am pregnant or not I don't want to be pregnant I did test too at 4pm which shows negative

Your last period was on 16 May.  Today is 17 July.   So you are overdue by one month. I suggest you should get a sonography done so that there is no scope for error.
