Your last period date was 24 January. You took emergency contraception on 16 February, that is 23 days after the previous period. That was a safe zone. At times the emergency contraception causes amenorrhea. In that case the next period may come about 5 weeks after the date of taking emergency contraception. So you can wait till about 18-19 March. You have already done a urine pregnancy test which is negative. So you are safe.
