I am 50, going thru perimenopause phase.Experiencing pain in lower abdomen most of the time also cramps in legs specifically left leg some time vague muscle pains. Pl guide

Get an ultrasound and to find out the reason for the pain lower abdomen Make sure there is no constipation or urine infection For the leg cramps add calcium supplements Strength training and exercise will take you a long way

Check USG ABDOMEN AND PELVIS , check for BMI, SPINES , VITAMIN D3 AND VITAMIN 12 AND CBC
