Posting an OPG x-ray in the forum will help other clinicians to give you good treatment options.

Your dentist might also take an x-ray of the teeth and gums. If the dentist believes treatment is needed, such as a deep cleaning or periodontal surgery, then do it accordingly. In some cases, bleeding gums are no big deal, but in certain instances can warrant professional treatment. With the right diagnosis and personal care, bleeding gums can become a thing of the past.

Hi. There can be many other reasons of bleeding gums, even if you maintain a good oral hygiene. I need to know what kind of 'laser' treatment has been done to your Gums, and what is the severity of disease. You need to see a good Periodontist for complete treatment.
