Try to fix your perianal fistula first . Then go for embryo transfer . Once you get pregnant, you will have to wait for 9 months before your fistula could be taken care of . During pregnancy we try to avoid any surgery and any medicine.

Embryo transfer is a time consuming treatment. It may not be successful in the first attempt. As such it is better to go for the treatment of Perianal fistula or sinus. Even that problem is not life threatening but it can start producing symptoms at a later stage. So you should go for the treatment of Perianal fistula.

Pregnancy can cause constipation to some . And constipation will cause pain and problem due to fistula. Nothing is mandatory. It’s your call what you are comfortable with .

It is better to get it  treated before getting pregnant Because this can worsen in the 9 months of pregnancy
