Perianal abscess

I have undergone surgery for perianal abscess and that abscess was send for biopsy. Please suggest based on report.

Your  case is a case of acute  perianal  abscess with fistula in ano....the biopsy  of excised  fistula tract  is normal that is no tuberculosis or  malignancy. So need  motto worry  about  biopsy  report

take good  care of  wound with daily  dressings  regular  follow  up  with your  surgeon as fistula  has high chances of recurrence. plenty of liquids orally and high fiber diet  to avoid  constipation

It could be a chronic inflammation/abscess as fistulous track is seen . This develops over a period of 2 months. Report rules out notorious diseases like TB and cancer which requires much extensive further treatment. Wait for the wound to heal . There are high chances of the redundant wounds forming a fistula

Post perinatal abscess drainage chance of fistula formation is very high. You will need to undergo surgery for fistula.

It's fistula with abscess . Biospy is normal- No TB or cancer. Do daily dressing and sitz bath. Have high fibre diet.
