My dad is suffering from penile Cancer in stage 4 this got recognised With biopsy when he was treated for Circumcision according to pet CT scan it is poorly differentiated cariconam currently it is spread to his lymph nodes and he is been treated with Tip chemotherapy and now it's second cycle is there any defentive operation option available or what should we do after 3rd cycle of Chemo???Any best suggestion will definitely be helpful

For advanced non-operable penile cancer, usually 3 to 4 cycles of induction chemotherapy are given. Following this PET-CT is repeated to assess the response. If there is good response surgery is a possibility is the residual lesion is respectable.
Next Steps
Complete 4 cycles of chemotherapy then repeat PET-CT if good response, go for surgery
