I'm suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction since 3 years. Are there any exercises that I can do? Please advise.

Yes you can do kegel exercises for pelvic floor muscles. For this you need to visit physiotherapy clinic as tge exercises cant be fone on your own just by watching videos. proper guidance needes.

Hello, Firstly the pelvis allignment needs to be checked. Secondly there has been very recent evidence on pelvic floor being related to breathing. So relearning breathing could benefit you. Thirdly muscles need stretching or strengthening depending on tone.
