Peanuts are not culprit. Reason for  vertigo can be numerous coz of non veg or it can be due to long hours of standing or it can be even stress or it can be due to improper blood circulation

Hi The peanuts really not the increase vertigo problem. Just make sure you not take them salty and take the normal peanuts. As overconsumption of salt can cause the over retention of the water in the body and creating problem in fluid balance which can aggravate the Vertigo. So you can have the peanut but not the salty.
