I have PCOS related query. Is almond milk or oat milk a safer alternative to cow milk if I have PCOS? Or should I avoid all types of milk?

It’s not like avoiding milk can revert pcos but depending on other factors diet will be decided so consult gynaecologist for the overall improvement

The only treatment for pcod is to exercise n maintain a bmi less than 20 This is a myth that pcod patient needs to avoid diary U can hv milk avoid buffet milk as it has a high fat content

Hi It is suggested to cut down on animal fats n carbohydrates for weight control which is the main deciding factor in controlling the disease. So almond milk , oat milk wil be  good alternatives. Avoiding milk is not necessary if u take a small amount of cow milk also , it's not harmful at all
