Today i diagnosed by PCOS left ovary. Does it means i will face difficulties in conceiving.. is it curable or not? I can be pregnant or not

The only treatment for pcod is weight reduction So exercise n maintain a healthy bmi The cysts will stay but if ur thin thy will not cause any difficulty in conceiving
