Today i diagnosed by PCOS left ovary. Does it means i will face difficulties in conceiving.. is it curable or not? I can be pregnant or not

Yes you will definitely be able to concieve, and also pcos is not diagnosed with only usg reports.

The only treatment for pcod is weight reduction So exercise n maintain a healthy bmi The cysts will stay but if ur thin thy will not cause any difficulty in conceiving
