Can I workout for 2 hours with pcod? Will that be a problem? And is there a restriction on what kind a of exercise I should be doing

Sure as long as u sustain it... Just go slow and steady!! In PCOS basically u need to keep your weight in check and decrease whatever insulin resistance.. So any excercise which aid in keeping your in check would be great like combination of aerobics and muscle strengthening..all the best!!

U can do workout. And PCOS per se doesn't have any restrictions for workout
