PCOD problem

My ultrasound scan result. Right ovary measures 3.9 x 1.7 x 3.3 cm, volume-12.2 cc.  Left ovary measures 3.8 x 3.5 x 1.6 cm, volume-11.8 cc.  Bilateral mildly bulky ovaries with few immature follicles. Please explain the issue and what should i do to prevent PCOD??
