Scan is suggestive of PCOD. Are you having any symptoms of irregular cycles or excess body hair? Right now... You start lifestyle modification and exercise. Even then if there are any symptoms then consult

PCOD is a wrong terminology it is not a disease but a syndrome that only requires Lifestyle modification The diagnosis of pcos is when the ultrasound shows ovarian volume more than 10 CC The volume has not be in mentioned in the ultrasound The doctor doing the ultrasound is not very sure and hence has put a question mark Even if it is pcos you only require Lifestyle modification Exercise and maintain a  healthy body mass index

Just take online consultation  and discuss, as clinical details  and scan findings  together  helps in deciding  PCOD and for further  advice.
