Pcod, cyst ovaries

Hi Doctor, I’ve been diagnosed with PCOD and would like to manage it primarily through lifestyle changes, especially diet and exercise. I’m currently not looking for medication and would prefer a non-medication approach under professional guidance. Do you offer consultations with this approach?

Diet and exercise are actually the first-line approach for PCOD in most cases, so your instinct here is a sound one.
Next Steps
A gynaecologist can build a personalised plan around your weight, activity level, and cycle pattern, and track your progress over a few months.
Health Tips
If your cycles stay irregular after a few months on this approach alone, be open to revisiting whether extra support is needed.
