Partial Tear in ACL

I am a 16 year old boy. 2 year before my small brother has jumped on my knee and my knee has folded very much after a few weeks pain disappear but it happens regularly when I do more physical work. 7 months ago I have done my MRI and I have seen that I have partial tear in my ACL. Doctor has suggested me physiotherapy and I have done it for a month but again when I walk so much or put pressure on my knee it the discomfort in walking and knee movements starts appearing. In today's time my knees are swellen a bit from 2-3 days and it's very hectic handilng all this things in this age where I have to do a lot of work

Need clinical examination . If it’s affecting your daily activities then repeat MRI and if needed go for surgery .

Hi .. If you get buckling of the knee or unstable gait , is suggestive of complete ACL tear.
