Partial ACL tear rehabilitation

2019-01-16 20:18:34
Last month I had anthroscopy for ACL GANGLION CYST removal due to which 70-80% of my ACL were damaged. My surgeon said that at this point I don't require ACL reconstruction surgery but I should focus on strengthening exercises. So I am looking for physiotherapist in Mumbai (would be much better if I have option for Mumbai suburbs : Thane, Kalyan and Ulhasnagar) who specializes in ACL based rehabilitations.

Muscle strengthening is an important aspect after ACL injury or surgery. I will suggest you to get a MRI done to get the clear picture of ACL, it will be helpful in designing your care plan. Good luck.
