Paronychia pus coming out on its own

Hi. I have paronychia with pain,inflammation and pus. I did warm compress yesterday and today and pus is coming out on its own. I am attaching the picture. Please tell me if i still need to take antibiotics or pus needs to be drained. I prefer not to take any meds. Thank you.
