Panic attacks

Now days due to covid 19 sometimes specially evening I suddenly start feeling , palpitations , dry mouth and breathlessness but when I check my BP and oxygen level all are normal 129/85 and 99 blood spo2 ..but if I do something else or start dancing or singing I feel normal.but when I stop the problem start again n again and the feeling is very dangerous like i will die...can anyone help me

It could be due to anxious thoughts Watch them let them come and go They are mere thoughts Work on your anxiety Do deep breathing practices like being mindful as well Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online All the best
