You need to provide some more information like the dosage of the medicine you have taken and how long you have taken that medicines because most of the times the problem of not getting a good response lies in not taking the proper dose and for proper duration. Adding a second generation anti psychotic medicine sometimes helps

If the above mentioned medicines haven't helped you, maybe you need a change in treatment plan.
