Hey! Thanks for coming out with this, it actually takes a lot of courage. to do so. A panic attack can cause a significant amount of distress to the person. When the emotions become too difficult to handle, it is important to practice some breathing and grounding technqiues to understand one's emotions in a more systematic manner. The 4-7-8 breathing technique,(breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and breathe out for 8 seconds) or the box breathing technique can help clear the mind. Alternatively, one can practice exercising using or meditation every day for a while. This will encourage increase clarity and relaxation.
If/When the situation becomes to overwhelming, try and practice some grounding techniques like the 5-4-3-2-1 technique. I also suggest that you seek help through therapy for your concerns, as it can help make a considerable difference and will help you address the root cause of your concerns This will help you gain more clarity, which addressing it in the longer run.
