I don't know why patients share an edited version of the investigations. In this ECG, the name of the patient, date of ECG are not mentioned. The patient should  get a Complete Health Package done from a reputed Laboratory, get 2D Echo done and consult a General Physician in her area for a physical examination.

This ecg is normal. To ruleout any cardiac cause you can go for 24 hr haulter. This case can be related to diabetes. There can be times when your  sugar level goes down and you will start palpitations giddiness swearing etc. So need more evaluation

Ecg shows concentric left ventricular hypertrophy. She should be having hypertension causing a stress over heart leading to hypertrophy . Also her fasting is high indicating she is a diabetic with not a proper control . She should be tested for fasting lipid profile , thyroid function test, urine complete , urea , creatinine, serum potassium ,echo and to consult with reports for further management. She needs life style modification , antihypertensives , oral antidiabetic agents , lipid lowering drugs . Hope this helped .

Blood pressure and sugar, slightly high.  She should cut salt and take sugar free diet. Regular physical exercise is useful. Get serum lipid profile done. Please share details of her symptoms online and then I can guide her further.

ECG is definitely not Normal (Increased Amplitude of QRS complex at V5 and V6) Suggestive of LVH(Left Ventricular Hypertrophy). Did the in house or opd doctor gave an Ecospirin tablet or Aspirin Tablet before Taking the ECG ?
Next Steps
Redo ECG, Get a Trop-T and Trop-I done, Control your Blood Sugar levels and Blood Pressure, and Refer to a Cardiologist.
