I've pcod since I was 18 years of age. I've a paraovarian cyst. I also have mild thyroid and obesity. I'm trying to reduce weight. No matter what, with each intercourse it's still painful. What's the reason behind it?

Hi If you have deep penetration pain then you must rule out endometriosis otherwise vaginimus could be the cause of pain. Para ovarian cyst rarely cause that alarm Get your self check by an expert.

You should have an MRI scan done and consult a Gynaecologist. A paraovarian  cyst can't be the cause of severe dyspareunia. If it is then it should be removed. You should also get your CA 125 test done before surgery.
