You should give ice therapy for both legs on your front and back thigh, calf muscles and shin area for every 2 hours for 10-15 minutes.
Take rest, avoid standing and walking for long time.
If the pain persist or aggrevates after 3 days, then you should consult a physiotherapist in person for complete assessment and treatment.
