I am having pain near neck and spine joint from last Sunday. And even after 3 days the pain has not reduced...need suggestion from doctor regarding this

Rest ur neck muscles..avoid pillows and hot fomentation. .. T.HIFENAC MR BD 3 DAYS IF not subsided go for XRAY cervical SPINE
