Lox jelly comes in a tube. You take it on your index finger (just like toothpaste) , about 2 cm is enough. Introduce your finger into the vagina and apply to the depth of about 5 cm . It can be applied 10 minutes before intercourse. It is better to use KY jelly for the same purpose because the lubricating effect is much more than Lox jelly. Ofcourse it doesn't have local anaesthetic effect.

Why have you been advised lox ? If you want to use for lubrication, there are better options. You could apply it on your vagina or on the partner’s penis for intercourse
