Hi I am mother of 3 month old and breast feeding my son. My tooth is decayed and paining alot. Please suggest some pain killer . currently I am using dolo 650 for relief

You can take paracetamol 500 mg ( not 650 mg) or Brufen 200 Tablet thrice daily( is safe to use during breastfeeding, if you don't have asthma problems) .It is better not to self medicate. Pain relief will be only for 3 to 4 hours, antibiotics are necessary. So please visit the clinic as soon as possible.
Next Steps
Please visit dentist and go for single sitting RCT or extraction.
Health Tips
Don't give any fever medicine for BABY while you taking these medicines. Please avoid hot foods and hot water gargle, this might shoot up your pain. Avoid chewing over that area. Hope this helps you mam.
