I delivered a baby a month before, it's a veginal delivery. Am good for initial days , by last two weeks am facing painful urination when i try to hold and also inconsistent. Pain is not constant. Lower back pain while feeding in sitting posture. Urinalysis came normal.

Drink lots of water and clean the episiotomy after every urination. You can use topical ointments or warm compress for the back pain.
