Pain in Upper Rib ( Exactly near lungs)

I got a sharp pain in the bone suddenly. I just had food and when I stand i for a feel of pain which is not there before. Is this anything serious. I feel little dizziness sometimes. Not sure why. Suggest how to reduce the pain/ do any checks needed.

It could be due to indigestion . Hydrate yourself.dont rush your meals .avoid heavy meals.take a walk after meals . Exercise . If pain persists get an ECG done

Could be slight indigestion leading to your symptoms. Eat slowly,while sitting(not on the go),dont eat heavy meals and take water only half hour after food. Take more vegetables and fruits and less oil and spices. Be physically active All these will help.
