Pain in upper center of abdomen

I am experiencing pain in the upper abdomen that comes and goes. I had loose motions also last night. I have taken eldicet but no relief.

Upper abdominal pain and loose stools may be caused by infection of gastrointestinal tract.It could be viral or bacterial.Bacterial infections may require antibiotics.But complete and thorough history is needed to decide on starting antibiotics and rule out other causes.It may take one or two days to settle.
