Pain in upper back spine

Hi..had upper back pain last year which lasted for approx 5 month which had severe morning stiffness in d7 and d8 bone..the pain got fixed with medication nucoxia-p and uprise d3..now after 6 month the pain is back in same way...have got my vitamin d level checked its 28.4 ng/ml..x-ray and mri was fine..also i feel tierd every time with lethargy..but i try to do regular exercise everyday...having sitting job with approx 4 hour car travelling daily...pls suggest how to eliminate the pain..

You need spine strenghthening program's. So it will give you reliefe from all these issue.
