As you said you got spasm in right shoulder and its been one month. From the day of injury to now may be using a mobile phone and as your job profile your work on laptop leads to more pain and spasm.
This may be due to lack of flexibility and stiffness of your shoulder muscle, overhead activity attempt to reach out of your normal range leads to pain and thereby spasm.
Next Steps
Apply hot pack for 10 to 15 mints
Contrast bath ie hot fomentation followed by cold fomentation for 10-15 minutes in 2:2 ratio
Massage gently over the shoulder blade in upward direction to drain the waste metabolites
Apply pressure with the finger tips and masssage in circular directions upto the neck
Shoulder and neck movements within pain limit
Stretching exercises
-Stretch your arms across the chest and support it from the help of another hand to apply more stretch
-Move your chin towards chest then tilt your head left and right
- Neck stretching
- Chest expansion
- Stretch your both arms out in front of your body then placing the backside of your arm together while clasping and then lean forward
- Seated twist
Shoulder exercises
- Rolling of shoulder
- Scapular retraction
- Chin tucking
- Normal ROM of shoulder
- External rotation and internal rotation of shoulder

Check for NOT too cold and NOT too hot as there may be chances of burn and skin damage
Don’t do this exe vigorously
Don’t over stretch the muscles
If pain is severe then avoid exercise, start it when the pain subsides
Do this twice a day
