Sensitivity to cold may be due to gum disease or may be due to caries near tooth nerve or may be due to some other cause. The treatment can only be determined upon oral examination and dental xray. Kindly visit your dentist.

Sensitivity to collect is a sign of some wear & tear of the tooth or decay. I suggest you visit a dentist at the earliest to prevent further damage.

you need to visit a dentist as soon as possible. transient pain on eating or drinking cold can be because of sensitivity, but it abates as soon as the stimuli is removed. if the pain persist followed by headache then there is a possibility your tooth has decay, and need to treated.medications before proper diagnosis is not recommended.

K sir nothing to worry about it.  It seems to be severe form of sensitivity we can save the teeth by doing simple filling.  Or it is beyond the extent we can do rct..  With regards Www.kavithadentalcare.com
