Take medicines:- Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals Apply Colgate Pain out gel thrice daily for 5days Warm saline rinses between meals Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days ☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625 mg ☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water

Is that tooth root canal treated? You Would have to get an xray done to rule out any secondary infection.

For now take tab hifenac p after meals as per pain. Avoid chewing on the affected side. Strictly avoid hard food items.

Pain could be either because the tooth under your cap has not undergone root canal treatment or reinfection in case you have undergone root canal treatment.
