Your pain is due to muscle damage due to excessive pressure placed...
I would suggest you to..
Keep icing the place in the painful area...which was clutched...
If possible gently knead the area and ice it again....
Don't lie in that side...
Don't lift anything in that side...
If you have any Anti inflammatory prescribed to you before can have them....
