Hi i have been experiencing pain in the side of the tongue from few days back and on noticing clearing i found one pimple type.. encircled is there anything to worry about?? Please suggest me something.. And doctor please 🙏 don't leave your comments with some questions?? I have given every details.

Please come down to my clinic. I need to examine your tongue. The photograph is useless. I need to touch the lesion as palpation will give me clues if it is cancerous or not. Only then can I properly advise you further course of action.
