Hi! Pain in the lower abdomen in case male have multiple causes like - urinary tract infection, kidney stone, inflammation of prostate, constipation. If it due to urinary tract infection then burning sensation while urination and frequent urging for urine; if due to kidney stone pain will be radiated from flank portion to lower abdomen to middle of lower abdomen; if due to inflammation of prostate then pain worse after intercourse. For confirmatory diagnosis you can do a ultrasound of lower abdomen and urine test for microscopical examination. Thank you
