Dear friend If you take few physiotherapy sessions and wear silicone heels you will see the difference within few days but just don't delay and visit the nearby physiotherapy center.

Hello there...if it is a confirmed case of calcaneal spur (x-ray of feet) then it can be managed conservatively as well as through local steroid injection.... usually 65 % of cases of calcaneal spur respond to conservative oral anti infalammatory medicines along with Local Ultrasound application for 7 days..this has to be coupled with local footwear changes and sole stretching exercises...if conservative methods dont bring much relief then a local steroid injection brings relief in 90% of the cases. Regards & take care.
