Pain in the back

From last one week , I have been experiencing pain on right side back ( just below shoulder bone). I work in IT, usually there will be no pain or less pain during morning, as the day passes and at night I get more pain. What might be the reason

Hello Might be due to prolonged sitting and working Take muscle relaxants two times a day for 5 days

hot water bag application two times a give gap in between ( for 1 hr give 10 to 15 mins gap) change in working posture don't bend forwards avoid jerky movements of neck
