I am having pain in my testicles which is going till my lower abdomen. I am sacred if it'll effect my ability to have sex. I don't do masturbation and haven't had sex yet even though I want to. I am going to marry soon but there's still time. I get this pain when I am specially controlling myself not to do masturbation. Is this dangerous?
