Please visit a dentist and post clinical and x ray diagnosis the treatment can be planned. It could be related to a deep cavity which would require a filling or a root canal treatment depending on the extent of the decay. Temporary relief would be given by a painkiller but would suggest that you should visit a dentist rather than popping a painkiller.
Next Steps
visit a dentist and first get the right diagnosis for the same
Health Tips
stop ignoring tooth ache and popping a painkiller.
